Global Payments is seeking a Lead Compliance Analyst in a role focused on regulatory compliance, data integrity, and data-driven decision support. You will address fee assessment issues, monitor data quality, and educate stakeholders on compliance topics to resolve business problems related to interchange and card brand fines.

The position requires a strong background in data analysis, BI tools, and advanced Excel, with 8+ years' experience or 10+ in related fields.

Formación

• 8+ years' experience with a Bachelor's Degree.
• Or 10+ years in CS, Finance, Pricing, Interchange, or Tech.
• Proficiency with BI tools: SQL, Python, BigQuery.
• Advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP, pivot tables).

Responsabilidades

• Address out of compliance and fee assessment issues using interchange knowledge and data analysis.
• Recommend and implement data quality improvements affecting processes, systems, or merchant procedures.
• Monitor daily data system activity for trends and compliance.
• Conduct research when anomalies in data quality or violations are identified.
• Handle day-to-day issues, reporting, and research within the department.
• Educate internal stakeholders on regulatory compliance topics to resolve problems from interchange qualification or card brand fines.
• Create detailed presentations of complex datasets to share with internal stakeholders.
• Review and evaluate payment brand publications and release docs for impacts on data integrity or compliance fees.
• Maintain internal data integrity tables, spreadsheets, dashboards, advisories, or related docs.
• Perform moderately complex to complex ad hoc queries for special projects as assigned.
