Qualifications

• 8+ years of work experience with a Bachelor's Degree.
• Or 10+ years of professional experience in Computer Science, Finance, Pricing, Interchange, or Technology.
• Proficiency with SQL, Python, and BigQuery.
• Strong data analytical skills.
• Advanced Excel skills (including vlookup and pivot tables).
• Advanced problem-solving with data interpretation to identify patterns.
• Detail-oriented with strong communication skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Address out of compliance and fee assessment issues using knowledge of interchange, scheme fees, and regulatory compliance.
• Recommend and implement data quality improvements across processes or systems.
• Monitor and track daily data system activity for trends and compliance.
• Conduct research when anomalies in data quality or violations are identified.
• Handle day-to-day issues, reporting, and research within the department.
• Educate internal customers on regulatory compliance topics to resolve issues related to interchange qualification or card brand fines.
• Create presentations of moderately complex to complex datasets for stakeholders to troubleshoot data-related fee issues.
