Qualifications

• 6–8+ years in apparel or consumer goods compliance.
• Strong knowledge of CPSIA, REACH, Prop 65, and testing standards.
• Experience with kids/baby, accessories, and lifestyle product compliance preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with global regulations including CPSIA, Canada SOR, EN 71.
• Conduct regular risk assessments to identify potential compliance risks.
• Manage factory audits and ensure vendor onboarding meets Kith standards.
