Qualifications

• 4+ years of regulatory and risk management experience.
• Experience designing and implementing controls or performing audits over financial reporting environments.
• Experience in regulatory compliance management with government agencies.
• Experience with cross-functional project or program delivery.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement governance controls, SOPs, and policy frameworks governing Regulatory Operations processes.
• Define and execute country-level and product-level regulatory research methodology across all target markets. Establish and maintain a regulatory intelligence database with intake workflows, data quality standards, and refresh cadences that embed intelligence into hardware program decision-making.
• Design engagement protocols and stakeholder maps for managing government regulatory contacts and agency relationships across all operating jurisdictions.
• Build and operate the process for monitoring regulatory changes; develop impact assessment frameworks quantifying risk to market access and program timelines.
• Design and enforce documentation and records retention controls satisfying post-deployment audit requirements.
