Job summary

Valin seeks a Compliance Coordinator in Dallas, TX to support domestic and international shipping compliance, documentation, and RMAs. The role collaborates with internal teams, brokers, and customs partners to ensure accurate, timely processing and adherence to regulations.

Ideal candidates bring 3–5 years of compliance or logistics experience, strong knowledge of import/export procedures, and proficiency with ERP/WMS/TMS systems. Bachelor’s in a related field preferred.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred, or equivalent experience.
3–5 years of compliance, logistics, or international shipping experience.
Experience with import/export processes and RMAs involving international customers.

Responsibilities

Coordinate and monitor domestic and international shipments to ensure regulatory compliance.
Prepare and review import/export documentation (invoices, packing lists, B/L, origin certificates).
Coordinate international imports/exports with brokers, carriers, and customs partners.
Manage RMAs involving foreign customers returning products to the United States.
Maintain accurate records of import/export transactions and compliance correspondence.
Support audits and stay informed about changing trade regulations.
