Serrala, a global leader in finance automation, is seeking a Fully qualified lawyer to own Serrala's compliance framework and advise on commercial matters. This role spans regulatory compliance, contract negotiations, ESG initiatives, and business support across international operations.

You will train staff, lead audits, and ensure documentation and certifications (ISO, SOC 2) are maintained, while collaborating with management and stakeholders worldwide.

Qualifikationen

• Fully qualified lawyer with a degree in Law, Business Law, or a comparable field.
• Experience in compliance and commercial legal matters, ideally international.
• Experience reviewing and negotiating customer contracts and advising on legal topics.
• Broad understanding of Dutch, German, and European regulatory requirements.

Aufgaben

• Monitor and ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements for a global provider of cash and payment solutions.
• Advise management and business stakeholders on compliance and general legal matters.
• Review and negotiate customer contracts, particularly regarding regulatory and commercial obligations.
• Support customer tenders (RFPs/RFQs) and maintain compliance-related documentation.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate compliance risks, and further develop policies and processes.
• Deliver training and raise awareness on compliance topics across the organisation.
• Support audits, compliance reviews, and certifications (ISO, SOC 2).
• Lead ESG-related activities, including reporting, sustainability initiatives, and communication with authorities and external stakeholders.
