tms seeks an Associate, Global Compliance to support its Global Compliance & Safety team. You will monitor regulatory developments, research compliance requirements, and prepare reports to enable informed business decisions.

Growing into a Compliance Specialist, you will gain knowledge of global regulations, packaging and environmental requirements, and risk management through mentoring and progressive responsibility. Hybrid work model offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in related field.
• 0–3 years of professional experience if degreed; 2–4 if coming by experience.
• Strong research capability.
• Excellent written communication.
• Possesses strong analytical and critical-thinking skills.
• Demonstrates strong attention to detail.
• Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

Responsabilités

• Monitor regulatory developments and research regulatory requirements.
• Prepare recurring regulatory intelligence reports and dashboards.
• Maintain regulatory calendars and implementation timelines.
• Track regulatory changes and document regulatory decisions.
