Qualifications

• 7-10 years in compensation, HR operations, or rewards program management.
• Strong governance and project management experience.
• Experience with Workday Compensation preferred.
• Global compensation experience is a plus.
• Excellent analytical and financial acumen.

Responsibilities

• Own the global annual compensation review calendar and execution.
• Manage governance controls, approvals, and exception processes.
• Maintain compensation policies and documentation.
• Coordinate global bonus administration and reconciliation with Finance.
• Lead compensation data integrity, systems testing, and dashboard reporting.
