Job summary
Pizza Hut in Plano, TX seeks a Global Compensation & Mobility Analyst to design and analyze our global compensation programs and mobility initiatives. You will partner with HR, Talent Acquisition, Finance, and business leaders to develop market-informed recommendations that support hiring, retention, and growth.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, Finance, Economics, or related field.
- 3+ years in compensation, Total Rewards, or HR analytics.
- Experience with global compensation benchmarking and salary structure development.
- Experience in global mobility programs is a plus.
- Strong Excel, data analysis, and reporting skills.
Responsibilities
- Conduct market pricing and benchmarking for global salary structures.
- Develop and maintain global salary ranges and compensation models.
- Analyze compensation competitiveness and advise leadership.
- Support job architecture and leveling across the organization.
- Coordinate global mobility processes and vendor relationships.
- Develop dashboards and analytics to inform HR decisions.
