Job summary
Conga in the Greater Boston and Greater Houston markets seeks a Global Compensation Manager to own global pay programs—from design to administration—across a fast-moving, data-driven environment. Qualifications
- 7+ years in compensation roles, preferably in SaaS, with global market knowledge.
- Led end-of-year processes (merit, bonus, equity) and salary structure design.
- Experience building budget and scenario models in Excel backed by data.
- Experience with US and Canada benefits is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Own revamp of global salary structure for market alignment and speed.
- Implement a new global compensation tool with cross-functional partners.
- Drive Annual Compensation Planning including merit, bonus, promotions.
- Conduct complex budget modeling to support planning.
- Lead LTIP administration and prepare quarterly Board materials.
- Manage compensation benchmarking and survey participation.
- Support compensation communications and AI-enabled workflows.
