A leading company in the automotive industry is seeking a Compensation Consultant to join their Human Resources Group. This hybrid role involves implementing and communicating compensation programs for the Software & Services division, collaborating with HR partners, and optimizing processes to attract talent. The successful candidate will analyze data, develop offers, and provide training on compensation practices.
This role is categorized as hybrid. The successful candidate is expected to report to either the Mountain View (CA) or Warren (MI) office at least three times per week.
As part of GM's Human Resources Group, this Compensation Consultant will be responsible for implementing and communicating our Software & Services compensation programs. You will serve as a business liaison to HR partners and develop offers for external candidates in our Software & Services division. Additionally, you will continuously evaluate our programs to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions to enhance efficiency.
