Position: Functional Oracle Compensation Consultant

Location: 100% Remote

Summary:

We are seeking a highly experienced technical functional lead for implementing the Incentive Compensation module. This role will join our HR Technology team to ensure HCM needs are represented and data points are understood. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in the Incentive Compensation Oracle module, Workforce Compensation, and Payroll HCM modules and processes.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Drive the implementation and optimization of the Incentive Compensation Oracle module within our HR Technology framework.
2. Ensure seamless integration of HCM elements, including payroll, benefits, and employee data management.
3. Share project updates relevant to the HCM team and HR Department.
4. Develop and execute testing strategies to validate system functionality and data integrity.
5. Troubleshoot issues and recommend system enhancements.
6. Maintain documentation and training materials for user adoption and compliance.
7. Refine the Oracle Fusion RACI matrix to reflect post-go-live operational needs.
8. Collaborate with stakeholders to validate role assignments and accountability.
9. Identify and address gaps in role definitions within the HR Technology landscape.
