The Global Compensation Analyst will support the implementation, administration and maintenance of Global Compensation programs, policies and procedures at JM Huber’s portfolio business organizations. Daily activities include pay analysis and benchmarking requests, survey submissions, annual merit and incentive planning, managing job descriptions, and other compensation-related project work and ad hoc analysis. Reporting to the Global Compensation Manager, this role will be a member of the Compensation COE and will provide customer service to HR partners across the organization.
This position will be immersed in compensation data, excel spreadsheets, the company’s Human Resources Information system, and other internal and third-party HR analytical tools. It requires an investigative mindset where accuracy and consistency are critical.
Required:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Finance, Business Administration / Management, or related field.
2+ years experience related experience in Compensation, HR, Finance, or other similar analytical role
Preferred: 2+ yearsExperience analyzing and administering compensation in a global organization
