Job summary

International Justice Mission (IJM) invites Communications & Partnerships Interns and Fellows to join our global team. The 12-month program supports IJM Headquarters and field offices by sourcing and developing compelling content from the field.

Qualifications include a bachelor's degree, at least one internship or leadership experience, strong organizational skills, and fluency in Spanish for Latin America offices; proficiency with Microsoft Office is preferred.

• At least one prior internship or leadership experience.
• Strong organizational & administrative skills.
• Spanish fluency required for Latin America offices.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office preferred.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop stories and news items for HQ materials.
• Check facts and contextualize IJM's work.
• Maintain a file of relevant articles and sources.
• Arrange interviews and establish contacts with partners and media.
• Draft press releases after significant events for local media.
