Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Communications, PR, Journalism, Marketing, English, or related field.
• Advanced degree or relevant professional certification is a plus.
• 15+ years of progressive experience in corporate, internal, external, executive, or related communications.

Responsibilities

• Advise senior leaders on communications strategy, executive positioning, leader communications, changing communications, and effective use of channels and tools.
• Partner with business functions through a clear operating model; resolve overlapping ownership through shared planning and escalation.
• Protect and strengthen the corporate brand and reputation through standards, audience insight, judgment, and measurement.
• Lead a global communications team through setting priorities, coaching, and delivering across regions and channels.
• Develop and deliver integrated internal and external communications strategies and campaigns from objectives to measurement.
• Oversee the global editorial calendar and manage content, channels, and experiences across formats.
