Job summary

ActAI is seeking a communications leader to shape how the company is introduced to the world. You will craft our external narrative, partner with founders and leadership, and build relationships with global media to ensure high-quality public communications.

This hands-on role involves writing, editing, pitching stories, and preparing announcements in collaboration with senior leaders on communications strategy.

• Experience in PR, corporate communications or media relations within technology companies.
• Exceptional writing and editing skills with the ability to explain complex products clearly.
• Strong relationships with technology and business journalists.
• Experience managing communications for product launches or major announcements.
• Excellent judgement and ability to develop compelling narratives.
• Comfortable working directly with founders and senior leadership.
• Able to operate independently in a fast-moving environment with minimal direction.
• Strong attention to detail and high standards for quality.
