Estée Lauder Companies is seeking a Global Communications Intern to support our digital and social efforts. You will collaborate with digital agencies on asset development and trafficking, and spearhead social listening across platforms.

Qualifications

Must be an undergraduate Junior (rising Senior) by program start (June 2027) and on track to graduate in May/June 2028.
Experience in public relations, social media, and digital content management is preferred.
Hourly rate range is $25.00–$33.00 and depends on experience, skills, education, and budget.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with digital agencies to support asset development and trafficking.
Spearhead social media monitoring/listening across all platforms.
Brainstorm digital/social content ideas for editorial calendars.
Analyze social media reports to inform strategy and recommendations.
Attend content development and social media planning meetings to support creative strategy.
Maintain corporate website copy editing, content organization, and fact checking; compile brand press clips for executives.
