Job summary

StoneX Group Inc. is seeking a skilled commodities operations professional to ensure efficient execution of transactions within the Feed Ingredients business.

You will manage contract performance, inventory control, and risk mitigation, ensuring accurate payment performance and proper title transfer for structured trade flows. Roles include coordinating with Front Office, Clients, and Vendors, performing daily inventory reconciliations, and handling settlement processes.

Qualifications

• 5+ years commodity trade experience in Feed Ingredients.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Ability to assess risk and mitigate with urgency.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Flexible and adaptable; able to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office products.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with Front Office, Clients, and Vendors to execute purchase and sales transactions.
• Perform trade control activities to ensure safe transfer and release of title documentation.
• Daily Inventory Management & reconciliation of physical commodity movements.
• Trade Settlement – create ticket applications against contract parameters.
• Create and send commercial invoices; process settlement checks for payment to suppliers and clients.
• Monitor aging payables and receivable balances; escalate as appropriate.
