Barnes Aerospace seeks a Director of Global Commodity Management to lead global commodity strategy, supplier relationships, and commercial performance across the aerospace supply base. The role directs Regional Commodity Managers and partners with Engineering, Quality, Operations, and Finance to drive cost, delivery, and risk-reduction results.

The position requires 10+ years in aerospace procurement with strong negotiation, analytics, and cross-functional leadership.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree required with 10+ years in aerospace procurement, strategic sourcing, or commodity-management.
• Demonstrated global aerospace experience and managing complex supply chains.
• Advanced expertise in supplier qualification, performance management, and export-control flow-downs.

Responsabilidades

• Lead global commodity strategy and supplier relationships for direct materials and services.
• Develop and coach Regional Commodity Managers; set global strategies and governance.
• Oversee RFQs, negotiations, contracts, and supplier transitions across Barners Aerospace operations.
