Job summary

Swagelok in Solon, OH seeks a Global Commercial Training Program Manager to develop, manage, and deliver a training framework for sales and service centers. You will lead a team of SMEs and coordinate with sponsors to align initiatives with the Swagelok Advantage and business goals.

You will manage budgets, prioritize content, and drive impactful delivery through eLearning, sessions, and events, ensuring value across the commercial organization.

Qualifications

• BS/BA degree in Business, Engineering or equivalent.
• 10 years work experience in a relevant field or internal Swagelok experience.
• 5+ years in leading a team and portfolio of investments/projects.
• Experience with program management, coaching, and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Prioritize and implement the Swagelok training framework based on commercial priorities.
• Lead team to develop training content and impactful delivery methods including eLearning, sessions, events.
• Manage budgets and resources; report results in steering team meetings.
• Collaborate with sponsors and stakeholders to establish clear objectives and measurable outcomes.
• Escalate roadblocks and communicate progress to corporate and channel stakeholders.
