You will collaborate with Global Medical Affairs, Market Access and regional teams to shape value propositions, develop forecasts and enable launch readiness, ultimately maximizing global patient impact and enterprise value.

Responsibilities

• Own and lead the global commercial asset strategy for a clinical stage asset in Prostate Cancer across lifecycle and indication-expansion planning, including evidence-generation priorities.
• Lead enterprise-wide engagement with regional organizations to synthesize commercial, medical and market access insights into an integrated global compound strategy.
• Co-create a cohesive compound-development and market-shaping strategy with Global Medical Affairs and Market Access leaders, integrating clinical, payer and customer perspectives.
• Direct cross-functional commercial assessments to quantify opportunity, risk and strategic trade-offs; develop differentiated value propositions and global forecasts.
• Mobilize a broad matrix of partners to convert strategy into disciplined execution and deliver initiatives on time with measurable impact.
• Perform other work-related duties as assigned.
