Job summary

ALSO. is seeking a seasoned Program Manager to align and accelerate Commercial initiatives from Seattle across US/EU. You will coordinate multiple functions—Marketing, Sales, Retail, Analytics, Customer Success, and Logistics—driving alignment, schedules, and accountable owners.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in program management within commercial/retail or consumer-facing org.
• Experience coordinating US and EU teams with time-zone awareness.
• Strong command of OKR frameworks and operating cadences.

Responsibilities

• Own the operating rhythm for Commercial OKRs across US and EU teams.
• Maintain a unified view of active workstreams across Marketing, Sales, Retail, Analytics, CS, Service Ops, Logistics, Communications, and Commercial partnerships.
• Design and run recurring forums to align cross-functional teams with minimal meeting load.
• Identify and resolve cross-workstream dependencies and conflicts early.
• Track partner agreements and deliverables with clear ownership and timelines.
