Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant professional experience in commercial enablement, sales training, sales, marketing, product management, learning and development, or a related field.
• Experience leading cross-functional initiatives, influencing stakeholders, and driving outcomes without direct authority.
• Strong consultative, stakeholder management, communication, and presentation skills.
• Ability to assess business needs, identify performance gaps, and translate complex information into effective learning solutions.
• Strong project and program management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Experience defining learning objectives, success metrics, and evaluation strategies.
• Knowledge of adult learning principles and performance consulting methodologies.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and independent execution skills.
• Bachelor's degree required.
• Ability to travel up to 25%, domestically and internationally.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary learning partner for assigned commercial product, procedure, and business priorities.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Product Management, and other stakeholders to identify performance needs and develop scalable learning strategies.
