Job summary

The ideal candidate will have a J.D. or LL.M., admission to a U.S. bar, and at least two years of practice in transactional law, with healthcare industry experience considered a plus.

Qualifications

• J.D. or LL.M. from an accredited law school; admission to practice law in a U.S. jurisdiction.
• Two (2) years of experience practicing law.
• Experience with complex commercial transactions and pricing/contracting is preferred.
• Healthcare/pharma industry experience is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Counsel on complex commercial transactions, pricing strategies, and risk mitigation under anti-kickback and antitrust laws.
• Draft and negotiate pricing, supply, and value-based agreements.
• Advise on legal, regulatory and policy developments affecting commercial activities.
• Support compliance and training for commercial staff on regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate cross-functional legal support across business and law departments.
