Qualifications

• Must be licensed to practice law in Texas.
• Minimum of five years of transactional and/or litigation experience.
• Experience at a top law firm, corporate law department, or equivalent (ideally international).

Responsibilities

• Advise TI leaders as a trusted legal adviser across a fast-moving, global environment.
• Manage an own portfolio of international commercial contracts and related matters.
• Develop modular contract architecture and standardization to enable speed and scale.
• Provide data-driven, market-informed legal advice grounded in prior deal history and prevailing norms.
