Qualifications

• Must be licensed to practice law in Texas.
• Minimum 5 years of transactional and/or litigation experience at a top law firm, corporate law department, or equivalent.
• Experience with technology licensing, IP, or related complex transactions is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Advise leaders across TI on complex commercial contracts and licensing matters.
• Support global initiatives with a data-driven, scalable legal approach.
• Collaborate with an international team to manage a diverse portfolio of matters.
• Drive process improvements, modular contract architectures, and AI-enabled workflows.
