Job summary

Ria Money Transfer, based in Colorado, seeks an experienced attorney to lead contract negotiations for a broad range of commercial agreements within the money transfer division. You will provide commercial and regulatory legal advice to multiple business groups, including Product, Compliance, IT, Finance, and Marketing.

You will draft complex financial services and SaaS agreements, NDAs, and consumer terms, while supporting expansion into new geographies and managing risk for internal

Qualifications

• JD required with 5–7 years of legal experience.
• Experience reviewing, drafting, and negotiating commercial agreements with domestic and international partners.
• Background in financial services, payment processing, or digital technology.
• Strong relationship-building and ability to deliver clear, concise advice to stakeholders.
• Excellent time management to meet deadlines and multitask for multiple clients.

Responsibilities

• Draft and negotiate commercial agreements with domestic and international partners.
• License agreements including SaaS for digital financial solutions.
• Prepare NDAs and letters of intent.
• Draft and update online consumer terms and conditions.
• Collaborate with Marketing on consumer-facing materials and agreements.
• Support expansion into new geographies and advise on regulatory/compliance issues.
