GardaWorld Security Services is hiring a Global Command Security Operations Operator in San Jose, CA. The role focuses on monitoring surveillance systems, identifying threats, and responding to incidents to safeguard people and property.

Responsibilities include reporting events, controlling access, and coordinating with law enforcement as needed. Strong GSOC experience and familiarity with Lenel/CCure are preferred; a state security license and a HS diploma are required.

Qualifications

• Must have two years of GSOC experience.
• Be authorized to work in the U.S.
• Must provide High School Diploma or GED.
• Must have active driver’s license.
• Experience with Lenel, CCure or similar systems.

Responsibilities

• Monitor security systems to detect suspicious activity.
• Document events and incidents with detailed reports.
• Respond quickly to incidents or potential threats.
• Conduct regular patrols to ensure premises safety.
• Control access to secure areas and verify visitor identities.
• Analyze systems for vulnerabilities or malfunctions.
• Collaborate with law enforcement in emergencies.
• Ensure safety and protection of people and property.
