GardaWorld Security Services is seeking a Global Command Center Operator to monitor security systems, document incidents, and respond to threats from a centralized operations center in Manhattan. The role requires Genetec and CCURE 9000 expertise, plus a New York Security License and work across multiple sites.

The position offers full-time hours in a security operations environment with competitive hourly pay and a strong benefits package.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in a command center, SOC, and/or GSOC environment.
• 2+ years in a supervisor role in a command center, SOC, and/or GSOC.
• 2+ years working with Genetec Video Software and CCURE 9000 Access Control.
• New York Security License required.
• Interact with sites in multiple states / countries.
• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• Strong report writing skills.
• Strong proficiency with technology.

Responsibilities

• Monitor security systems to detect any suspicious activity using Genetec.
• Document observed events and incidents, writing detailed reports.
• Respond quickly to incidents or potential threats.
• Control access to secure areas and verify the identities of visitors using CCURE 9000.
• Analyze security systems to identify potential vulnerabilities or malfunctions.
• Collaborate with law enforcement in case of serious situations or emergencies.
• Ensure the safety and protection of individuals and property.

• Interact with sites in multiple countries / multiple states
• Be authorized to work in the U.S.
• Strong report writing skills
• Strong proficiency with technology
