Starbucks Café is seeking an experienced Coffeehouse Leader to own a high-traffic, no drive-thru location. You’ll be the face of the store, set the standard for your team, and be the primary driver of performance in a fast-paced environment.

You will lead a larger team across shifts, recruit and develop partners, manage operations end-to-end, and focus on guest experience, culture, and continuous improvement to keep guests coming back day after day.

Qualifikationen

• 3+ years of store management experience in retail, food & beverage, or coffeehouse environments.
• Leadership experience across multiple shifts and teams.
• Strong operational results and a people-first approach.
• Education: high school diploma or GED; Starbucks or specialty coffee experience preferred.

• Lead all daily store operations end-to-end – staffing, scheduling, inventory, financial performance and service standards.
• Manage a larger team across multiple shifts with consistency and culture.
• Recruit, develop and retain high-performing partners.

• Be a visible on-floor leader, modeling standards and hospitality.
