Job summary

Deckers Brands seeks a senior CMG design leader to define and drive the global colour, material, and graphic vision across footwear, apparel, and accessories. You will establish the CMG and trend Centre of Excellence, translating consumer insights into actionable product direction and design systems.

You will lead multi-disciplinary teams, shape seasonal direction, and partner with product design, merchandising, and brand leadership to elevate storytelling and commercial impact.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's in industrial design, product design, or a related field.
• 12+ years of experience across CMG design disciplines.
• 5+ years leading multi-disciplinary creative teams.
• Experience building or leading trend/design strategy functions within a global organization.
• Expert understanding of colour, material, graphic, and trend strategy.
• Proven ability to build systems, frameworks, and centres of excellence.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the global CMG and trend vision across performance and lifestyle categories.
• Build annual and seasonal CMG strategies including colour palettes and trend narratives.
• Lead HOKA's CMG and trend Centre of Excellence with scalable tools and processes.
• Translate consumer insights into actionable product direction and design systems.
• Partner with senior leaders to shape creative vision and seasonal direction.
• Lead, manage, and mentor CMG teams across footwear and apparel.
• Build operating models to support creation, refresh, and speed to market.
• Ensure CMG consistency across franchises, categories, and product tiers.
