Deckers Brands' HOKA brand is seeking a Sr. Director of Color, Material & Graphic Design to lead the global CMG vision across footwear, apparel and accessories, shaping color and trend strategy.

This hybrid Portland role requires senior design leadership, building CMG Center of Excellence, translating insights into design systems, and partnering with leadership to drive storytelling and speed to market.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or master's degree in industrial design or related field.
• 12+ years of experience across CMG design disciplines.
• 5+ years leading multi-disciplinary creative teams.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive the global CMG vision across footwear, apparel, and accessories.
• Lead CMG + Trend Center of Excellence and develop scalable tools and frameworks.
• Translate consumer insights into actionable product direction and design systems.
• Partner with VP, Design and leadership to shape creative vision and seasonal direction.
