Qualifications

• Advanced degree in sciences, engineering, pharmaceutical sciences, or related discipline.
• Experience leading complex, global drug development programs or asset leadership.
• Strong strategic and execution capabilities across CMC, regulatory, quality, and manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Define and lead the integrated CMC asset strategy across development and lifecycle.
• Lead cross-functional VALUE Team including manufacturing, analytical, regulatory, quality, supply, and finance.
• Drive asset plans, governance decisions, budgets and risk mitigation.
• Manage end-to-end CMC development and lifecycle objectives with senior leadership.
