• Minimum 8–15+ years leading global drug development programs or asset leadership.

Responsibilities

• Define and own integrated CMC asset strategy aligned with product development plans and lifecycle objectives.
• Lead cross-functional VALUE Team across drug substance, drug product, analytical, regulatory, quality, manufacturing, supply chain, finance and external partners.
• Drive phase-appropriate CMC development strategies and budget/resource forecasts with governance.
• Represent CMC perspectives in health authority interactions and regulatory filings roadmaps.
