Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above in a related field.
• 2+ years in Linux operations, SRE, or DevOps.
• Proficient in at least one language (Go, Python, or C++).
• Strong fundamentals in Linux, networks, storage, GPUs, and databases.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, scale, and operate ByteDance’s global infrastructure, including large-scale systems spanning public and private clouds.
• Develop tools, automation frameworks, visualizations, and monitoring systems.
• Create, manage, and standardize cloud AMIs/images for multiple environments with compliance alignment.
• Engage in on-call rotations addressing incidents related to cloud, OS, network, performance, and reliability.
• Drive improvements across the infrastructure lifecycle from ideation to deployment and refinement.
