Job summary

Cisco Systems is seeking a senior leader to drive the Global Strategic Alliances function from the San Jose Bay Area (preferred) or Seattle, hybrid. You will serve as a strategic bridge to alliance partners, aligning priorities with Cisco’s alliance strategy to drive mutual growth.

You will work with product, engineering, sales, CTOs, and marketing to synchronize global GTM and technical integration efforts. 10+ years in partner management and deep cloud fluency are required.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree with 10+ years in business development, product management or high-level partner management.
• Deep experience managing large-scale tech partnerships with strategic impact.
• Fluent with cloud-native architectures (hybrid/multi-cloud, SaaS) and cloud security.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the multi-year global alliance strategy for top cloud partners.
• Influence senior leaders across product, engineering and sales to align objectives.
• Incubate and manage cross-functional programs for product integration and market adoption.
• Act as primary contact for executives on Cisco and partner sides.
• Provide strategic insights to Cisco leadership on partner direction and tech trends.
