• 8+ years of progressive IT and cybersecurity experience.
• 3+ years in a cybersecurity leadership role.

Responsibilities

• Build and lead cybersecurity teams; manage MSSP partnerships.
• Optimize telemetry via Microsoft 365 Defender and Azure.
• Lead incident response planning and tabletop exercises.
• Oversee EDR/ITDR/MDR, SIEM, vulnerabilities, cloud posture.
• Govern identity and access with Entra ID SSO and SCIM provisioning.
• Conduct vulnerability scanning, pen testing, dark web monitoring.
• Manage email security: DMARC, IDS/IPS configuration.
• Provide monthly security posture reports to executives.
