Qualifications

• 7+ years of global clinical research experience with portfolio oversight
• Minimum 3 years in clinical operations leadership
• Experience leading Phase I–IV trials
• Strong cross-functional leadership and governance
• Travel 10–20% domestically and internationally

Responsibilities

• Oversee global Phase I–IV trials and ensure operational excellence.
• Lead trial governance and cross-functional meetings.
• Mentor study managers, CRAs, GSAs.
• Manage TMF and essential trial documents.
• Coordinate IMP shipments and audits/inspections.
• Develop trial strategies, timelines and budgets.
• Ensure compliance with GCP and SOPs.
• Drive risk management and vendor oversight.
