• 5+ years of clinical trial management experience.
• 2+ years of leadership or people management experience.
• Strong CRO oversight and vendor management expertise.
• Solid knowledge of ICH-GCP, FDA regulations, and clinical operations best practices.
• Experience in biotech, pharma, or CRO environments.

Responsabilidades

• Lead global clinical trials from start-up through closeout.
• Oversee CROs, vendors, timelines, budgets, and study execution.
• Drive study milestones while ensuring quality, compliance, and inspection readiness.
• Partner cross-functionally with Clinical Development, Regulatory, and external stakeholders.
• Mentor and support Clinical Operations team members.
