Job summary

Clinilabs seeks a Clinical Trial Manager to lead end-to-end Clinical Operations for global trials, overseeing site management, enrollment strategies, and monitoring plan execution. You’ll ensure audit-ready data in line with GCP across regions and mentor CRAs as needed.

Responsibilities include developing monitoring strategies, coordinating with the Project Manager, and driving cross-functional collaboration to meet project milestones with global travel as required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's degree in life sciences or nursing or equivalent field.
• 2+ years of clinical trial management experience and at least 1 year as a clinical monitor.
• Strong knowledge of GCP/ICH, regulatory requirements, and RBM principles.

Responsibilities

• Develop clinical operational delivery strategy aligned with protocol, timelines, and budget.
• Lead Clinical Operations from planning to study completion across countries/regions.
• Maintain training curricula for CRAs and retraining after protocol amendments.
• Translate protocol requirements into an executable delivery plan and docs.
• Serve as primary clinical contact for CRAs, sites, and customers.
• Monitor site performance and ensure data accuracy and regulatory compliance.
• Identify scope changes and communicate impacts to PM for mitigation.
