Qualifications

• BS/BA degree and 7+ years of clinical research experience.
• 3-5 years leading global trials, with Phase 3 experience.
• Strong leadership, decision-making, and financial skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional trial teams and manage end-to-end execution of global clinical trials.
• Oversee CRO/vendor selection, budget management, and performance monitoring.
• Ensure inspection-readiness and compliance with global regulations.
