Job summary

The Future Talent Program offers a 12-week internship within our Research Labs Division, focusing on regional clinical trial operations. Interns will engage with GCTO Regions and leadership to participate in and lead projects that support efficient and ethical trials.

Ideal candidates are enrolled in a science-related BS/BA program, able to work full-time for up to 12 weeks starting May/June 2027, and have completed at least two years of study by mid-2027. Hybrid work arrangement applies.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a full-time BS/BA degree program in a science-related discipline.
• Available to work full-time for up to 12 weeks beginning May or June 2027.
• Has completed at least 2 years of collegiate study by June 2027.

Responsibilities

• Generation of performance metrics.
• Support of resource management.
• Development of effective communications.
• Support site and patient benchmarking activities.
• Process improvements.
• Development of tools to enhance conduct of clinical trial operations.
• Development of a capstone presentation illustrating internship activities and deliverables.
