Job summary

Parexel is seeking a Clinical Trial Manager to oversee study-level activities, including document creation, vendor oversight, CRO coordination, and country/regional delivery. You will align feasibility strategies, set targets, review risks, and address country challenges impacting study delivery.

You will lead cross-functional teams, manage budgets and timelines, contribute to protocol/trial documents, support training materials, and participate in inspection readiness and process improvements

Qualifications

Minimum 5+ years of clinical research experience with CRO/biotech/pharma in phase I–IV global trials.
2–3 years leading aspects of global clinical trials.
Experience working with CROs and vendors.

Responsibilities

Manage integration of project team activities.
Oversee study sites, regulatory submissions, drug supply, enrollment, and timelines.
Monitor budgets, forecasts, and data flow for assigned studies.
Provide input on trial-level operational strategies from protocol design to final report.
Contribute to recruitment plans and stakeholder alignment.
Lead day-to-day CRO/vendor management: setup, SOW, and budgets.
Update critical trial documents and training materials.
Support inspection readiness activities and risk mitigation at trial level.
Participate in process-improvement initiatives at trial and department level.
