Job summary

Parexel is seeking a Senior Clinical Trial Manager to lead end-to-end clinical trial delivery with a cross-functional team, ensuring on-time, on-budget, and compliant execution across global Phase 1–4 studies.

You will own the operational plan, oversee CRO/vendor relationships, budgeting, timelines, quality metrics, and risk mitigation while maintaining inspection readiness and regulatory alignment.

Qualifications

• BS/BA degree required.
• 7+ years of clinical research experience leading Phase 1-4 global trials.
• Experience overseeing CRO/vendor management and end-to-end trial delivery.
• Strong decision-making, analytical and financial management skills.
• Leadership in matrixed, multinational environments; mentoring desirable.
• Proficient in MS Office and project management tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional trial team to deliver the operational plan end to end.
• Own trial delivery, budget, timelines, quality and milestones.
• Oversee CRO/vendor setup, SOWs, budget oversight and KPIs.
• Identify risks, implement mitigations, and ensure readiness for inspections.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and regulatory/commercial teams.
• Travel approximately 10% as needed.
