The role requires deep knowledge of demand forecasting, expiry management, and depot operations, with strong Excel skills and collaboration across geographies in a fast-paced biopharma environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Supply Chain, Business, or a related field.
• 5+ years of relevant experience in clinical supply planning or pharmaceutical/biotech supply chain.
• Strong proficiency in Excel and supply-chain analytics.

Responsibilities

• Consolidate study and portfolio demand forecasts to support integrated clinical supply planning.
• Prepare planning inputs, dashboards, and decision-support analyses for the CMC/Supply Chain team.
• Maintain inventory visibility and lead monthly supply planning reviews across global depots and partners.
• Develop demand, inventory, expiry, resupply, and allocation scenarios with recommendations.
• Coordinate allocation decisions and API documentation to support timely deliveries.
