Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Supply Chain, Business, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in clinical supply planning or related field.
• Knowledge of demand forecasting, inventory management, allocation, shelf life, and release readiness.
• Experience with Excel and demand-planning/reporting tools.
• Ability to work cross-functionally and communicate effectively.

Aufgaben

• Consolidate study and portfolio demand forecasts to support integrated planning.
• Prepare planning inputs, dashboards, and analyses for the CMC/Supply Chain team.
• Maintain inventory visibility across the global supply network.
• Manage approved demand forecasts, inventory plans, and allocation assumptions.
• Develop demand, inventory, expiry, and resupply scenarios with recommendations.
• Coordinate monthly supply planning reviews with stakeholders.
• Produce KPIs, trend analyses, and risk assessments.
• Identify and elevate inventory constraints and expiry risks; assist mitigation.
• Coordinate cross-functionally to gather QA/QP release and GMP docs.
• Maintain logs and follow items through to closure.
