Job summary

Lilly is seeking a Manager, Clinical Supply Chain to support end-to-end planning and execution of uninterrupted clinical supply across programs. You will work with Clinical Operations, CMC, QA, Regulatory, Finance, and external vendors to align forecasts, inventory, and IRT tools.

Reporting to the Senior Director, Clinical Supply Chain, this role requires a Bachelor’s degree in engineering or science and 3-5 years in biotech/pharma. US work authorization is required for full-time employment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or science required.
• 3-5 years biotech/pharma clinical supply chain experience, including international experience.
• Authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.
• GMP/GDP knowledge.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional project teams and external vendors.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute clinical supply strategies for early- to mid-phase trials.
• Manage supply plans, forecasts, and inventory across IPs and comparators.
• Coordinate packaging, labeling, distribution, and resupply activities.
• Ensure on-time delivery to depots and sites globally.
