Job summary

Lilly is seeking an Associate Director, CMC Supply Chain to lead a global team ensuring uninterrupted supply of critical components for radiopharmaceutical drug products across worldwide cGMP manufacturing sites. Responsibilities span demand planning, sourcing, inventory, labeling, and vendor management.

The role requires strong leadership, strategic thinking, and collaboration with Commercial, Clinical, Manufacturing, and Leadership teams to forecast demand and maintain robust supply chains;

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in supply chain, science/engineering, production operations management, business, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in a pharmaceutical supply chain function.
• 2+ years of CMC experience in biotech/pharma development.
• Strong forecasting, demand/supply planning, ERP/inventory management, and distribution knowledge.
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Ensure uninterrupted supply of critical components and consumables for global manufacturing.
• Develop and maintain supply chain partnerships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Explore opportunities for innovation and efficiency in radiopharmaceutical supply chain.
• Evaluate risks and implement mitigations for supply interruptions.
