Job summary

Merck is seeking a Senior Specialist, Global Clinical Supplies Process Steward to define and document clinical supply chain processes and support SAP-enabled workflows. You will collaborate with process owners, SMEs, and end users to ensure processes meet evolving business needs across packaging execution, labeling, and operations planning.

The role requires hands-on SAP experience in supply chain modules, GMP compliance, and the ability to manage multiple projects with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Supply Chain or related manufacturing roles with GXP compliance experience.
• 3+ years with SAP Production Execution & Master Data (BOM/Recipe/ECM).
• Experience with SAP Labelling and quality management processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and implementation of Global Clinical Supplies processes.
• Act as SAP and Global processes knowledge expert for packaging and operation planning.
• Drive business challenges to resolution with system solutions across Global Clinical Supplies.
• Support enhancement prioritization and maintain Demand Tracker for requests.
