Job summary

Syneos Health is looking for a Clinical Sr Project Manager to oversee interdisciplinary clinical research programs ensuring compliance with Good Clinical Practices (GCPs). The role includes managing project deliverables, leading clinical teams, and acting as the primary liaison between the Company and Customers.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of Good Clinical Practice/ICH guidelines.
• Experience in clinical research organization (CRO) preferred.
• Ability to manage time and work independently.
• Flexibility and ability to mentor and manage new staff.

Responsibilities

• Manage a project overseeing interdisciplinary clinical research programs.
• Act as primary liaison between the Company and the Customer.
• Lead clinical team to ensure quality, timelines, and budget management.
• Prepare project management reports for clients and management.
